Universal   Life   Energy

Reiki is an ancient Japanese natural healing system. It is a gentle, yet profound, form of hands-on energy healing that works on the physical and emotional levels in tandem. This holistic system can be used to treat specific physical complaints, emotional distress or simply to restore balance, calm and a renewed sense of wellbeing and perspective.

About   the   Therapist

Cat is a master Reiki practitioner with over 17 years of experience. In the past she has worked with both private clients - predominantly in TV/theatre/media - and been affiliated with Alive & Well (Covent Garden, London) and Ibiza Yoga (Benirras, Ibiza.) Cat was a regular fixture at Healing Ibiza, Atzaro, and now hosts the alternative therapy hall at the Ibiza Spirit Festival, also held twice a year at Atzaro - info of which can be found on the "Recommended Websites" page. In her private practice across London and Ibiza she prioritises keeping her prices affordable to make Reiki accessible to all. She integrates intuitive counselling into her sessions on request, and teaches all levels of the Usui Reiki system.

Guided/intuitive   counselling

This can be used in combination with Reiki or as a stand-alone therapy. Guided by spirit, it brings any problem, blockage or quandary gently into focus and, in so doing, helps steer the healing session to best serve you in this present moment. Cat has found this system to be particularly effective in bringing about clarity or easing bereavement, phobias, self-esteem issues, past trauma and anxiety. Quite apart from anything, as we ride the ever-speeding social media superhighways of life, sometimes it just feels good to STOP (See The Opportunities Present) and have a good natter with an impartial, sympathetic audience. Cat is known for her encouraging, supportive, sunny disposition.
